1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for that company.

Where we sign a separate written agreement with you for our products or services, that agreement takes priority over these Terms for the matters it covers.

2. Use of the website

You may use the site for lawful, business-related purposes. You agree not to:

• break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights;
• submit false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other users' data;
• introduce malware, scrape or copy the site at scale, or place an unreasonable load on it;
• use bots or automated means to submit forms or send spam; or
• reverse engineer, or try to extract the source code or models of, any demo or product shown on the site.

We may suspend or restrict access at any time if we believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Intellectual property

The site and everything on it belongs to Unada Labs or its licensors. That includes the name and logo, the Aria, Neuve, ConstructAI and R&D product names, software, designs, 3D renders, films, images, text and layout. These are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view the site and share its pages or links for personal and internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of it without our written permission.

Client names, logos and project imagery are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners. Showing them does not imply endorsement beyond what is stated.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely without obligation to you. You keep ownership of anything you submit to us, such as application materials, and give us permission to use it only for the purpose you submitted it.

4. Product information

We work to keep descriptions of our products, features, results and case studies accurate, but they are for general information only. They are not an offer, a warranty or a binding commitment.

• Features, specifications, availability and timelines may change without notice, and some items shown may be in development or under a working name.
• Results and metrics in case studies describe particular projects. Outcomes for you will depend on your circumstances.
• Interactive demos, such as an AI assistant on the site, are illustrations. AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong and shouldn't be relied on for legal, financial or purchase decisions.
• Prices, if mentioned, are indicative. Only a signed proposal or agreement sets the scope and the price.

5. Demos and enquiries

When you request a demo, a call or an experience center visit, or send us an enquiry:

• you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that we may contact you about your request;
• submitting a form doesn't create a contract, a commitment to supply anything, or a client relationship;
• we may decline, reschedule or limit any demo or visit at our discretion, and visits are subject to the rules of the venue;
• anything we share with you in a demo or meeting, including pricing, roadmaps and unreleased work, is confidential to Unada and should not be disclosed to others without our consent; and
• please don't send us confidential or proprietary information of your own through the site's forms. If we need to exchange such material, we'll agree a non-disclosure agreement first.

6. Job applications

If you apply for a role through our careers page:

• you confirm that everything you submit is true and complete, and that links and videos you share are your own work or that you have the right to share them. A false statement may lead to your application being rejected or an offer being withdrawn;
• you allow us to use your application, including your compensation details and any video or work links, to assess you, contact you and keep you in mind for other roles, as described in our Privacy Policy;
• you are responsible for making sure shared links, such as unlisted YouTube videos or Drive files, are viewable by us. We can't review content we can't open;
• listing a role isn't an offer of employment, and we may change, pause or close any opening at any time without notice. We may not reply to every application;
• an offer is made only in writing and may depend on interviews, reference and background checks, and signing our standard employment documents; and
• we won't ask you for money at any stage of hiring. Please report anyone who does, claiming to represent Unada, to [email protected].

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites and services, such as social media, maps and video platforms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link isn't an endorsement. You use third-party sites at your own risk and under their own terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unada Labs, its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to ₹10,000.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Unada Labs for any loss, claim or reasonable legal cost arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or content you submit that infringes someone else's rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Both of us agree to first try to resolve any dispute in good faith by writing to the contact below. If it can't be settled that way, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they're posted, and continued use of the site means you accept them. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
