Unada Labs ("Unada", "we", "us") builds AI sales companions, experience centers and immersive tools for real estate and construction. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website, ask us for a demo or a call, or apply for a job with us. By using the site you accept the practices described here.
1. About this policy
This policy applies to unada.io and the pages that link to it. It is written to follow the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as they apply to us in India.
It does not cover products we build for clients, which are governed by the agreement we sign with each client. In those cases the client decides what data is collected and why.

2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you or to run the site. It comes from three places.

Compensation figures and video links are optional only where the form says so. Please don't send us government ID numbers, bank details, health information or other sensitive data unless we specifically ask for it.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the site, our servers and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location (city level) and the time of your visit.
Information from others
If someone refers you for a role, or a client introduces you to us, we may receive your name and contact details from them.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, schedule a demo or an experience center visit, and follow up.
- To review your job application, contact you about the process and, if you are hired, begin onboarding.
- To send product updates if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used, fix problems and improve content and performance.
- To keep the site and our systems secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing our business. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires.
- Enquiries and demo requests: typically up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the role is filled, so we can consider you for other openings. Ask us sooner if you'd like it deleted. If you are hired, your information moves into your employment records.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics and server logs: generally no more than 26 months.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to inboxes and records, and vetted providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or complete information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information, or restrict how we use it;
- withdraw consent you gave earlier, which won't affect what we did before you withdrew it;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to; and
- stop marketing emails, using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
To make a request, email [email protected]. For anything to do with a job application, write to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first, and we aim to respond within 30 days. If we can't act on a request, we'll tell you why.
9. Children
Our site and services are meant for businesses and for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The site links to other websites and services, including LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. Job applicants are also asked to share links to their own content, such as unlisted YouTube videos, GitHub repositories or Google Drive files. Those sites are run by other parties with their own privacy practices, and we're not responsible for them.
When you share a link with us, please make sure the content is something you're comfortable letting our hiring team view. We open it only to assess your application, and we do not download, republish or share it outside the people involved in hiring. If you later remove or restrict access to a linked file or video, we will no longer be able to view it.
11. Grievance and contact
If you have a question, a request or a complaint about how we handle your personal information, please write to us and we'll respond promptly. Under the Information Technology Rules, complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India or other competent authority, as provided by law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change is significant, we'll make it prominent on the site or email you where we have your address. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
