Role overview
You will join our engineering team and work on the tools behind our products: web front-ends, APIs and AI-powered features used by real estate developers and our own sales teams. You will pair with experienced engineers, ship to production early, and get honest feedback along the way.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across our React front-ends and Python / Node back-ends
- Integrate AI and LLM services into product workflows
- Write clean, tested, documented code and review it with the team
- Debug issues, fix bugs and improve performance
- Share what you learn in short weekly demos
Requirements
- Comfortable with JavaScript or TypeScript and one back-end language (Python or Node)
- Have built at least one project (college, personal or open source) you can show us
- Clear written communication and the discipline to work remotely
- Available for at least 3 months, ideally 6
Nice to have
- Experience with React, Next.js or a similar framework
- Hands-on with LLM APIs, prompt design or embeddings

Role overview
You will own delivery from kickoff to handover for our experience center and software projects. That means planning, tracking, chasing, and keeping clients and internal teams aligned so nothing surprises anyone on launch day.
Responsibilities
- Own the project plan, milestones and timelines from kickoff to handover
- Be the day-to-day contact for clients and keep them informed with clear updates
- Coordinate design, engineering and installation teams, including on-site rollouts
- Track risks, dependencies and scope changes and escalate early
- Maintain trackers, reports and handover documentation
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in project coordination, delivery, operations or client servicing
- Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable chasing deadlines
- Willing to travel occasionally for site rollouts
Nice to have
- Experience with AV, interiors, real estate or construction projects
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Asana or Google Workspace

Select the video from your phone or laptop. Set the title to "Your Name, Unada application".
3Choose "Not for kids"

Under Audience, pick No, it's not made for kids, then keep tapping Next until you reach Visibility.
4Set visibility to Unlisted

Not Private. We can't open Private videos. Unlisted means only people with your link can watch it.
5Save it

Tap Save (or Publish) and wait for the upload and processing to finish. A few minutes for a 2-minute video.
